Return Policy

The value and delivery time vary depending on the delivery address. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU ENTER CORRECT DATA since it is your responsibility to inform where the product should arrive. Our products are dispatched within 5 (five) business days after the accreditation of your payment. All shipments that occur for purchases within Remart Art Studio LLC are free of charge. At Remart Art Studio LLC we put a lot of effort so that orders are dispatched correctly and are delivered as quickly as possible. At the end of your order, you will receive an email with all the information about it, including the delivery address. If in case you need to change the shipping information after paying, you will need to contact us through our email remartartstudio@gmail.com, our phone 1-941-457-3294, or even Chat On Line and we will change it as long as it has not been dispatched. If there are errors in the shipping address and the order cannot be delivered, the order returns to Remart Art Studio LLC within approximately 10 business days. In this case, we will contact you to coordinate a new shipment. For these cases, shipping will be charged. Once the product has been delivered to the USPS, you will receive an identification number to track the product. It is important that you keep this information received, in order to make any claim. Once the purchase order has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the delivery address. The delivery of the merchandise will be agreed at the address that the User provided for it. From the moment the merchandise is delivered in condition, the responsibility for the delivered products becomes yours. The products are delivered with the original packaging. In the event that the User receives the product in poor condition, do not forget to inform our site of this by sending an email to remartartstudio@gmail.com

Returns are handled by email to: remartartstudio@gmail.com. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, including all the internal packaging. We do not accept returns of open products. Refunds or credit notes are subject to verification of the condition of the products after their return.
